    How we can login (or signup)?
    Log in And signing up in Kada.in is simple and very easy.
    • A). For new customers
      To use our service you have to register with us with your details.
      • After You finish selecting the product and add them in Cart. Click on the check out button. You will automatically redirected to the log in page and you will see options . If you are a new customer, please click here and enter your details. Please click on this option
      • Payment and completion of shopping will only be done after you register in the website. fill the details in the following registration form and submit it.
      • You will be asked for a verification code as shown below.
      • Enter the code to verify your identity.
      • You will receive the log in credentials as e-mail.
      • Now you are registered with Kada.in and you can continue to complete the order by selecting the date and time for delivery, payment method and click on Place order.
    • B). For Registered customer
      • Click on the sign in icon or link.
      • Log in using your Email address Or Mobile number and your password.
    How do I place an order?
    Kada.in is a customer friendly shopping site which delivers you the most simple and easiest way of online Shopping. The Shopping in kada.in is really easy and simple:
    • In Kada.in home page you can find the list of popular products, newly added product and on the left hand side of the site you can see list of categories.
    • Once you click on any category a list of products corresponding to the category is displayed. You can click on the product to see the description and price of the particular product.
    • Adding the product in shopping Basket or Cart is simply by clicking add to cart button and You can increase the quantity or decrease or remove the product by using plus(+) or minus(-) button.(You can add up to 5 quantity of a product or less depending on the availability of the product in our ware house).
    • If you want to choose a particular product you can type in the name of the product in our search bar on the top of the website and click on search
    • You can also search the product using the Brand name or company name by clicking on Filter by brands and a list of brands is displayed. You can make your choice by clicking on the name of Brand.
    • Once you made the selection you can see the products and its price in shopping basket which is on right hand side of the site. You can add or remove products from shopping cart using plus(+) or minus(-) button .Please click on the Checkout button for Payment and delivery options.
    How do I make payments?
    Kada.in offers you three payment methods.We use a trusted payment gateway partner, which use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
    • Cash / Food coupon on Delivery (we currently accept only food coupons issued by Sodexo).
    • Card on Delivery (We accept all Major Visa and MasterCard).
    • Online Cash Transfer.

    How is the item delivered?
    We deliver the product in a hygienic and highly advanced method.100% Guaranteed. Fully Insured, Tracked Delivery. All of our deliveries are fully insured, and we have a dedicated customer service team to make sure that every delivery gets to its destination on time. We guarantee that any breakages will be refunded. We require photographic evidence of all breakages for a refund to be given.
    How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
    We deliver the product to you in according to the convenient time you mentioned while placing the order. Our deliver team will contact you one hour before the delivery time to confirm the delivery. If you want to make any change in delivery time or place, you can Call us on +91-7034001111 (9 AM - 9 PM).
    Cancellation / Modification
    What if I have to cancel my order?

    • Cancellation only allowed before one hour of delivery time.
    • We don't have cancellation charges.
    What if the ordered item is out of stock or not available for Delivery?
    If the Ordered item is out stock or not available, our team will contact you with possible solution like providing you with suggestion for alternate product which is available, postponed the delivery of that particular product etc. If you are not interested with the alternate product you can cancel the particular product, the deliver team will reduce the amount of the product in the bill on delivery or the amount of the product will be added to your store credit and you can use the credit for future purchase.
    Return / Refund Policy
    What are the Return / Refund Policy?
    If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue.

    If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

    Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to kadaindia@gmail.com and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Kada has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kada and accept Kada decision regarding the cancellation.

    Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card / Sodexo. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with www.kada.in.

    If an item(s) is found missing or returned ‘at a later point of time’, a communication will be received by you regarding the same. If a refund is raised, the specific amount will be credited to your bank account with the facility of NEFT/RTGS at the earliest slot possible. Normally we follow ‘no question asked return/refund policy’.
